The yacht itself:
Ebb and Flow was a perfect size for our group of 6. We loved all the spaces aboard the boat. Jill and I started every morning with sunrise coffees on the seating at the bow and even had room up there for some light yoga. We also really liked the front seating for times we wanted to sit in the sun while we sailed. The upper deck was great for 360° views, a breeze and some shade while we sailed. The back dining table and bar setup was great. I thought the rooms were all well appointed with comfortable beds, nice showers and plenty of storage.
Your crew of Adam & Rosie:
Adam and Rosie were amazing! We always felt extremely safe on the boat. They had a knack for being friendly and cordial and answering all our questions, but giving us space as well. They quickly picked up on our individual routines and always had things prepared the next day without asking. Very top notch crew. The kitchen and other common areas were always kept clean and tidy and the beds made daily while we ate breakfast.
The food and drinks:
That was the best week of meals I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully plated. Rosie effortlessly navigated the needs of a 5 year old, a gluten restriction and a few personal preferences. Her cocktails were better than any of the bars we tried. A++ for all the food and drinks.
The overall charter experience:
Overall charter experience was excellent. It was the most relaxing week I’ve ever had. Once we climbed aboard, I never had to worry about another detail the whole week. I’m used to vacations with multiple hotel changes and transfers and while fun, aren’t anywhere close to as relaxing as the week we just spent aboard Ebb and Flow. Such a special experience. Within a few hours of posting pictures from the week I had a friend asking me for details on how to book for her family.

Thank you so very much for a fantastic week of fun, sailing and exploring. They always say you can feel how welcoming someone is through the heartfelt hospitality they provide - from start to finish you both exceeded all of our fantasies and expectations.

There are no words to describe how wonderful this week has been. Not only did we get to enjoy time with great friends, but we were able to meet and spend the week with you.
You are such a lovely couple and so much fun. Your love and knowledge of the boat, the waters and the islands is infectious.
Everything about this trip was magical, from the weather to the food. Rosie, you are an amazing chef and your cooking skills will take you far. They also expand my waistline!!!
This has been a trip of a lifetime. If I ever have the opportunity to do this again, it will be on the Rosie and Adam boat!

This week was truly the highlight of our lives! We could not have imagined the fun and special moments we shared - as a family and with you both. From the kids having the chance to make pizzas with Rosie, to seeing three stingrays play under our boat, to the amazing snorkelling spots, to tubing, to mermaid fun, and even jumping off the Willy T - this vacation has been full of magical moments and once in a lifetime memories. Thank you so much for all the thought and care you put into this week! We hope to come back and visit again soon.

Easter Week 2025
Adam & Rosie,
It was such a pleasure to share this week with you guys. We weren’t sure what to expect for our first time sailing, and its turned out to be one of our best vacations! You made us feel at ease and were always lovely to be around. The outings were great (especially the 7am bird watching trips for John!), the food delicious, and the overall atmosphere excellent. We know that when we go on another trip we’ll have you make sure that you are our crew! Thank you for teaching us sailing as well, I know that John really enjoyed it. We wish the best for you two and so happy to hear of your upcoming wedding.

Adam & Rosie ❤️
This week has been amazing! Thank you for having us and looking after us so well. We especially loved the snorkelling at Diamond Reef, dressing up as pirates, getting to be mermaids and exploring Anegada in the mini mokes.
Special thank you to Rosie for the amazing food and for making a huge effort to make sure Andrew could enjoy the food the same as everyone else could with his allergies. He especially loved the delicious, egg, nut and dairy free birthday cake, it was delicious!
And thank you to Adam for keeping us safe whilst we were snorkelling and for driving us everywhere in the little boat. Carmen throughout the week has learnt lots and this holiday will help her to become a marine biologist!
Finally, thank you Adam & Rosie for making us have one of the best weeks of our lives!
