The charter just ended and I wanted to write immediately to thank you all for providing my client with a lovely yacht but more importantly with a first class outstanding Crew.
We all know it is always the Crew who make the success of every charter and enable us brokers to have repeat clients and enhance our relationships and reputation, and I can say for sure this Crew have excelled in every way for us here!
[The client] and her family /friends clearly had a wonderful week and I have no doubt will be leaving just now with hearts full of joy and wonderful memories. It is charters like this which make our jobs a pleasure, but all thanks and compliments to a wonderful crew.

Thank you to all of the amazing crew and our captain because it was you all that made this trip so special. I'm so thankful to have had this experience and I hope I will be able to do it again! (…) What an incredible week! The islands, the boat and the food were outstanding, but the crew is what truly made our trip so special! Thank you for spoiling us. Can't wait for the next visit. Customers were very happy, they said that the yacht, the crew and the destination were incredible.

They absolutely loved their experience on board, the crew, the chef, the service. They appreciated the captain speaking with them on a daily basis and were keen to interact with the crew. 

On a constructive side they mentioned that it would be nice to have all length mirrors in the guests cabins. Otherwise everything was perfect. 

Thank you for all your help with this charter and I hope they will be back on board in the future.
