Chef Patti and Captain Bryan,
Thank you for an unforgettable week in the BVI! Our families had an incredible time thanks to the both of you! We started to vacation together a few years ago and every trip is an adventure that you all made especially memorable. We are very proud that our teenagers broke your previously held record for snack consumption an that we broke Captain Bryan down to quit "Sober March". We hope that as you both finish your last charter season that we helped make it just a little more fun with a few extra laughs...just like you all did for us during this trip.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an unforgettable week. Patti, each meal was made with such care and love and I looked forward to every meal. The birthday cake and decorations meant more to me than I can express. It was such a thoughtful, beautiful surprise. Bryan, you made each day feel effortless and fun. Thank you for guiding us to such incredible places and creating moments I will never forget. You both didn't just create a trip- you created memories that will stay with me. I'm so grateful to have shared this time with you. I wish you both a lifetime of health, love, and happiness!

Dear Bryan and Patti,
I have always said in life we end with memories and some will be great while others not so much. So much is out of our control and we spend our life trying to make favorable memories in our control. Those memories in our control I measure by "smile factor" and this trip was a 10 out of 10! You both care so much and it shows. You made our whole family smile and we all had the highest smile factor possible 24/7! Very happy we met and had such a great time. Thank you and know the effort you put in with the kids was noticed.

Thank you so much for the adventure! I have wanted to do this trip for a very long time, and having you as our guides made it run so smoothly. Your kindness to the kids, especially Eli, did not go unnoticed. We appreciate you indulging them with nightly "tarpon time" trolling all over, and endless frozen drinks for Mya. I am so impressed by all your fresh cooking...I never imagined fresh bread from scratch on a boat! You are a part of so many family memories, and now ours too! Y'all have been an amazing crew this week. Even though I got the flu it was still a great trip and very fun. Thank you for always taking us trolling and fishing whenever we wanted. Thank you so much for diving for my phone! That was awesome and it was impressive finding it at 50ft down at night time. This trip was one of my favorites and I enjoyed it a ton!

Bryan and Patti,
What amazing hosts you both are! The Island Hoppin' is great but you truly made it home for our short time aboard. Patti- I can't think of one sip or bite that was just "meh". Literally every meal was spot on and as close to perfect as I've had! We've eaten lots of great food over the years and know good food when we taste it! Simply wow. And your service was ALWAYS accompanied by your warm smile-no matter what keep smiling-it's a god given gift! Bryan- Thank you for helping us "check ALL the boxes", even those we didn't know need checking! The morning dives, perfect anchorages, afternoon sail and the unnecessary dinghy rides to Soggy Dollar as we passed all the swimming commoners ;) will not soon be forgotten. Every "Can we?" was met with a "Yes!". Your daily bloody marys will be missed... Finally congratulations to both of you on closing this chapter in your lives and we pray God's blessings on your next! Keep that spirit of wonder and adventure. Lastly-never take each other for granted and continue to fight for your marriage no matter what comes your way. It's hard but it's good! If your world travels ever bring you through or to Chattanooga, please give us a shout, it's not nearly as cool as Island Hoppin' but it'll do!

It has been an amazing week on Island Hoppin' with you both! Thank you for making my 50th birthday spectacular! Anthony did a great job of covering everything for our week together but wanted to add our thanks for the phenomenal meals, beautiful dives, fun adventures checking all the boxes, and just the relaxing time together enjoying the beautiful views. Thank you so much for a wonderful BVI adventure. Great swimming, snorkeling, and hiking. Water and travels were perfect and we lloved the excursion to the bubbly pool! :) Food was so delicious Patti, we enjoyed it all and such good homemade bread.
