Dear Captain Kris and Ashley,

I want to extend my personal thanks again to your entire crew for making the X family feel so at home aboard INSIEME and providing them with another stellar experience. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and have been giving great feedback about the yacht and your team to other brokers on my team and in the industry.

Here is some additional feedback Mr. X shared with me:

“For specific feedback, the crew was so accommodating and helpful with my mom. They went out of their way to include her in excursions and were great at getting her on and off the tender. They maneuvered off the swim platform several times, which was not easy for them. They checked every box you could imagine - Alex played card games with the girls, did a great job with welcome drinks every time we came back. Food was incredible and service impeccable! Although we have only met them a couple times, I consider them friends at this point and we cannot wait to see them again!

Words cannot describe how special you have all made our holiday.

The places we have stopped per Pete’s suggestions turned out to be “perfect”.

James kept up with the energy that all of our boys exuded every single day with tours and water toys.

Alex welcomed us every morning with a soothing “good morning” and smile. Her cocktails always spot on.

And Chef Jason’s cuisine was creative, delicious, and innovative. Sushi blew us away. And homemade challah + latkes to celebrate Shabbat + Hanukkah made our meals extra special.

CREW, what an unreal week it’s been. Thank you so much for the best hospitality and guiding us through the most beautiful place on Earth!!!

My favorite parts of the trip were getting absolutely wasted with everyone during the bonfire and playing with the sea toys.

But of course, I have NEVER had such amazing gluten-free meals by Jason; they truly blew me away every time. Much love to all!!!! :)

CREW – thank you for an awesome week. Every single day was incredible from the laughs to the adventures, and you made it all feel effortless.

My favorite part had to be feeding the sharks off the lower deck at night – even if my hands smelled like fish for two days after.

Alex – your kindness is unmatched! You really are the glue that kept/held
our quirky little tribe together. Congratulations on your engagement and I hope to see

OMG moment last night. Captain Peter was the 1st Matte with us back in 2016 for our charter on SKYE. That was our very 1st overnight charter for 3 nights. He was amazing then as Pete and even more impressive now as Captain Peter :)

Our charter has been perfect. Winds have been constant which impacts a few things, but I am relaxed and loving it. The connection to Pete is amazing a decade later and is truly incredible.

Amazing team on this yacht and Jason is right up there in the top 5 for sure.
