This is our second trip aboard Halcyon and it gets better and better when we didn't think that was possible. Adrien and Josh communicate effortlessly and make it look so easy to navigate this vessel in tight spaces. Pierre's food was a highlight - Beef Wellington was a showstopper! And Cailyn stepped into her demanding role with a warmth and can-do attitude that made her a wonderful addition to our week in Sardinia.
