Beyond Our Expectation
My recent experience on Neptune’s Escape with Francois and Nella was “& Beyond” all my expectations.
Francois has incredible sailing skills and knows the waters well. He has a wonderful kind demeanor that immediately puts you at ease.
Nela is a terrific chef that always goes the extra mile with seasonings and presentation. Every meal was a delight. She is a ray of sunshine!
They were both very professional, but at the same time, felt like part of the family.
I’d love to charter with them again.

Nela catered to all of our needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions, and every single meal was homemade, high-quality, and absolutely delicious. She kept us well fed with a variety of international cuisine (I even tried a poke bowl for the first time!).
How did you find the pace and the itinerary of your charter?:
From the start, the entire trip felt fully tailored to our group’s desires. The proposed itinerary was amazing and could even be adjusted in real time, which we loved! With 8 people, everyone had different interests, and the crew truly tried their best to accommodate all of our preferences - and honestly, they did a great job. If I had one piece of advice to tell future guests, it would be to do a bit of research ahead of time to decide how much you want to be sailing and swimming versus being on land (restaurants, excursions, etc.). We mostly went with the flow, which worked out great, but knowing your ideal balance beforehand helps you get the most out of the experience.

Our experience was fantastic, especially as first-timers who didn’t fully know what we were doing. The price for 8 felt reasonable, and Neptune’s Escape itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I honestly think this yacht would be great not just for groups like ours, but also for older travelers and families.
We would 100% book Neptune’s Escape again with the same crew in a heartbeat. This trip set the bar very high for future travel experiences and is something we’ll be talking about for years to come <3
Set The Bar Very High
Our group was 8 friends (4 couples) in our 20s from Texas and Louisiana. We’re frequent travelers, but this was our first time ever sailing and being on a yacht, so we didn’t really know what to expect. We spent 1 week aboard Neptune’s Escape starting in Tortola and island hopping around the BVI, and the experience completely exceeded our expectations.
From the start, the entire trip felt fully tailored to our group’s desires. The proposed itinerary was amazing and could even be adjusted in real time, which we loved! With 8 people, everyone had different interests, and the crew truly tried their best to accommodate all of our preferences - and honestly, they did a great job. Francois was cheerful, patient, flexible, and attentive in every possible way. We learned so much from him about yachts, sailing, and the BVI, which made the experience even more meaningful.
